Welcome to the Getaway Cabins - A Great Place to Relax

WE ARE Weatherford's relaxing getaway. Conveniently located about 30 miles west of Ft Worth.  We specialize in private, natural atmosphere, perfect for an anniversary, romantic weekend or just getting away from the daily routine.

Located in a secluded, quiet area, among huge native pecan trees, overlooking a beautiful meadow and two acre pond.  We have fishing and pedal boating.  If you are looking for a place to get away from the phone, relax and/or enjoy hiking, bird watching, reading, soaking in your private hot tub or just taking it easy, this is the place.

Our cabins are modern with a rustic flair. A complimentary breakfast snack consisting of fruit and muffins is included.  Each cabin is slightly different with heating and air conditioning for your relaxation and comfort.  All cabins are non-smoking.

"Hideaway Lodge" is perfect for retreats, reunions, meetings, parties and weddings.  Available tables and chairs accommodate 60-75 people.   A full kitchen is included.

THE LEGEND:

LEGEND HAS IT that "Stagecoach Hill" is part of an old stagecoach trail.  There is a very old

rock wall which kept horses from falling off the hill.  If those rocks could talk, what tales they

would tell.  Take a hike up and see for yourself.
